Commentary: These Evans Trojans makes me want to coach football

As I watched four-star, Class of 2024 standout defensive back Brandon Jacob pick off the Winter Park passing attack, and weave his way down field; I feel like I was watching a little brother of my own. It’s the same feeling I get while watching our special teams captain (Boom Squad General)  Michelson Solitaire emerge as one of the most effective scoring threats in our arsenal; or, Chris Peterson drop his shoulder, leading the offense in rushing yards as an undersized, dual-threat quarterback.

This Trojans team has been underestimated, and written off by outsiders. And, they don’t care. That’s commendable. I would take this team over any other in the state.
