Celebrated for his revolutionary Excel Speed training and known as the charismatic hype man for premier events like Battle / FBU, and You Are Athlete/Shock Doctor, Coach Lo stands as a towering figure in athletics. Now, he’s channeling his vast expertise and boundless energy into a new endeavor, “Listen to Lo.”

A behemoth in the coaching of youth sports, Coach Lo’s credentials are unparalleled. His journey is adorned with a multitude of achievements, including several championships in both football and track. The scope of his influence is vast, having coached over 1,000 athletes across various sports. His roster includes four Major League Baseball players, three NFL first-round draft selections, one WNBA standout, and three Olympic track athletes, highlighting his adeptness across multiple sporting disciplines.
