Week 6 of the NFL was one to forget for the fanbases of the Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Not one of the Florida-based NFL teams ended up in the winner’s circle.
In a game with far more scoring than expected, the Jacksonville Jaguars would end up falling short 34-27 to the Colts.
Credit must be given to Trevor Lawrence for efficient performance. He was 20-22 for 165 yards and a touchdown. His quarterback rating was 112.7. He spearheaded an 18-play, 84-yard TD drive to put his team up 1 with 2:48 left.
The Jaguars lost because their defense ultimately folded down the stretch. They allowed 31 points in the final 5 defensive possessions of the game. This is a complete reversal from their Week 2 matchup in which the Colts were shut out by the Jaguars.

It is apparent that Tom Brady is not a happy camper. The Steelers managed to upset the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20-18. In spite of Tom Brady’s 343-yard performance, the Buccaneers struggled in the redzone and ended up kicking field goals rather than scoring touchdowns.
Tom Brady ripped into his offensive line on the sidelines during the second quarter for allowing the Steelers’ pass rush to make life more difficult for him.
Mitch Tribusky stepped in for an injured Kenny Pickett and helped to deliver a win for a Steelers team that was missing several key members of their defense, including TJ Watt.
It’s pretty clear that the Bucs including Tom Brady are underachieving.
Tom Brady yelling at the offensive line like he doesn't need to step it up too. Week 6 wasn't pretty! They should have beaten the Steelers by 10. pic.twitter.com/hfEX0JHjAN

Despite an amazing performance from Tyriek Hill, the Miami Dolphins’ record dropped to .500 after a 24-16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. This occurred in spite of the fact that the Miami Dolphins neatly doubled the Vikings in terms of total yards.
Yet, the Dolphins were bitten by the injury bug as QB Skylar Thompson left the game after suffering a thumb injury in the second quarter. Ultimately, the Dolphins were also bitten by the turnover bug thanks to 2 interceptions from Teddy Bridgewater and a lost fumble by Jaylen Waddle in the 4th quarter.
After Jaylen Waddle’s fumble, Minnesota would put the game on ice thanks to a 53-yard touchdown from Dalvin Cook.

Predictions:
Miami Dolphins vs Pittsburgh Steelers
Tua Tagovailoa has cleared concussion protocol and is slated to start on Sunday Night. He has the perfect matchup. The Steelers secondary is missing key several key defenders. The duo of Tyriek Hill and Jaylen Waddle will take full advantage.
I don’t see Mitch Tribusky or Kenny Pickett matching with the Dolphins firepower that will be on display.
Dolphins will beat the Steelers 31-17.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Carolina Panthers.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in need of a bounce-back performance. Carolina provides the perfect matchup for such a scenario. The Panthers are a hot mess and their season appears headed towards the bottom. If this game is close, it may be a bad omen of where the Buccaneers are at themselves.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers will beat the Panthers 27-7.
NY Giants vs Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars will be at home against a team having a dream season that seems almost impossible to believe. I feel that Giants DC Wink Martindale will design schemes that will confuse Trevor Lawrence.
The Jaguars D will have a better performance due to the lack of receiver depth that the Giants have. In spite of that, Daboll’s play calling has been impeccable.
I feel the Giants will outlast the Jaguars in a close game largely thanks to their defense.
NY Giants will beat the Jaguars 20-17.
