Jalen Suggs’ postgame remarks on team’s late-game intensity vs. Minnesota  INCREDI-BOLWHERE DO WE STANDWELCOME BACK VINCE BACK

“Can’t play 24 minutes of basketball.”

Jalen Suggs’ postgame remarks on team’s late-game intensity vs. Minnesota

The injury depleted Orlando Magic dropped a homestand to the Timberwolves, 126-108.

INCREDI-BOL

One of the most physically impressive players in the entire NBA had a career night, and got to celebrate it with birthday cake. Center/Forward Bol Bol turned 23 on Wednesday, as he scored a career-high 26 points against Minnesota. At 7’2, 220 pounds, Bol continues to display unreasonable agility for a man of his stature, euro-stepping over much smaller players and still utilizing his size to secure (12) rebounds, and (3) blocks against Minnesota.

Unfortunately, one of the best nights of Bol’s career still wasn’t enough to lift Orlando over the Timberwolves.

WHERE DO WE STAND

After Orlando’s loss on Wednesday, the playoffs are no longer a conversation. Now, the discussion needs to be recovery and reloading. Magic starters currently out with injuries: this season’s leading scorer Paolo Banchero (ankle), Wendell Carter Jr. (foot), Gary Harris (knee), Markelle Fultz (toe), Cole Anthony (oblique), and Jonathan Issac.

“Yeah it’s not ideal, we would love to have everybody apart of our team and our locker room suiting up and help us win. But that’s life and that’s basketball.”

Jalen Suggs’ postgame commentary comes as injuries continue to decimate our lineup. Even Suggs himself is not playing at one hundred percent, but refuses to miss a game.
