FREE AT LAST
At long last, the Wildcats have their next head coach.
When long-time BCU Head Coach Terry Sims departed Daytona Beach in November of last year, no one could have anticipated the three-month long quandary that would descended upon Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Boulevard. Chaos on social media, questionable mismanagement of the situation, and the public exposure of campus disfunction transformed the coach search into a PR nightmare for the HBCU. Mercifully, after months of controversy and tension, we’ve finally know who will be Coach Sims’ hopeful successor.
Reportedly, Bethune-Cookman University has named alum Raymond Woodie Jr., as head coach in waiting.
