KEON KNEW
Seminoles went from being a College Football Playoff contender in 2023, to the program’s worst record in 50 years.
In the latest indictment of Coach Mike Norvell’s regime, credible sources around Tallahassee are reporting that NFL rookie standout Keon Coleman not only anticipated this dramatic fall, but tried to warn the recruits attempting to follow in his footsteps. It’s unclear which recruits Coleman allegedly warned about playing for Dugans, but the Seminoles signed four high school receivers in the class – .
While 247 Noles’ senior writer Zach Blostein elected not to elaborate on why Coleman felt he needed to warn some recruits, host and analyst Brendan Sonnone highlighted the lack of development at receiver for the Seminoles as an issue. Coleman started his career at Michigan State before transferring to Florida State for his third and final year. He played well enough to be drafted with the No. 33 pick in the 2024 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills.
Coleman has not commented on the matter.
