NO EVIDENCE OF VIOLATIONS

Several months worth of Title IX investigation by administration authorities at the University of Florida have produced “no evidence” of severe violations by embattled Head Basketball Coach Todd Golden. According to the legal manual, Title IX protects students from sexual harassment in educational programs or activities operated by recipients of federal funding.
As a result of this lack of evidence, Coach Golden has been cleared of allegations.

At the time of this article, the University has remained distastefully mum on the troublesome allegations, and the subsequent fall out. Meanwhile, Coach Golden has coached nearly every game for the Gators while navigating this mess – leading the basketball program to third place in the Southeastern Conference (19-3, 11-1 at home).
In a statement, the administration played their only response safe:
“The University of Florida takes these matters seriously and works deliberately to ensure that due process is upheld for everyone. After a thorough investigation that included dozens of interviews over the past months, the University of Florida has found no evidence that Todd Golden violated Title IX. The Title IX office has closed its investigation.”
Golden did not miss a single game while under Title IX investigation by the University of Florida.
